Somerset & Sinclair is an independently owned firm of RICS Chartered Surveyors. We’ve been helping people make sense of property for over 25 years, working with buyers, homeowners, landlords, and investors across London and the wider UK.

Every report we produce meets RICS standards, is backed by professional indemnity insurance, and is legally recognised by solicitors, mortgage lenders and HMRC.
