Level 1 Condition Report

The RICS Level 1 Survey, represents the most basic of the three survey options. Tailored for both home buyers and homeowners, it offers a professional and impartial assessment of a property's condition. Specifically geared towards conventionally built, modern properties, this survey may not be suitable for older, intricate, or neglected properties.

During the survey, our expert surveyor conducts a visual inspection of the property without testing the building's fabric or services, such as electrics, plumbing, or heating systems.

The comprehensive report outlines the condition of the building, its services, and grounds, along with an evaluation of any defects or issues. It also highlights pertinent legal matters and potential risks to the property, occupants, or surroundings.

Please note that the RICS Level 1 Survey report does not offer advice on repairs or ongoing maintenance. In cases where the surveyor cannot confidently conclude on any aspect of the property, the report recommends further investigations.
